How the work proceeds
- Set the pack calendar against your committee dates
- Lock the extract recipe
- Deliver each pack five working days before the meeting
- Log questions for the next quarter

Packs issued electronically; attendance by arrangement.
What we need from you
Give us the committee timetable and the one metric the chair always asks about, even if it is a poor metric. We will still show it, then put a better one beside it.
Limits
Retainers run for twelve months. Extra lines can be added at a quoted rate.
Fees
From £14,000 a year for one line. A second line is not double; we quote the overlap.
